If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email me as soon as possible at robert@robertcharles.co.nz.
I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, once a product
has left our premises for shipping, it cannot be cancelled or modified
until it has been returned. In that case, please refer to the return
policy and return your purchase once you have received it.

On a rare occasion, stock levels might not be up to date when you place your order. If that happens, I will get in touch with you and offer the option to cancel your order.

We believe in producing only what is needed to avoid waste and
overproduction. This means some items may become sold out. If you are

Our belts are made from premium leather tanned without harsh chemicals,
using vegetable or mineral-free methods. While this results in a more
responsible and environmentally-conscious product, the leather is still
animal-derived. We have looked into plant-based alternatives like cactus
and mushroom leather, but so far haven’t found anything that meets the
level of quality we’re known for. We’re keeping a close eye on new
developments and hope to offer a high-quality vegan belt in the future.
