Shipping information
All orders worldwide are delivered for free using airmail post.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
New Zealand: 1-2 days
Australia: 3-5 days
Japan: 5-7 days
Europe: 6-8 days
US: 7-10 days
It is possible to ship your order using express shipment for a small additional fee. Please choose the desired shipping method when checking out. Orders ship the next business day.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Robert Charles would like to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Robert Charles online purchases, I will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund or exchange when accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. We will not accept products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Products must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to me at robert@robertcharles.co.nz. I will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left my premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to me. In this case, please refer to my return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
