Shipping Information

All orders worldwide are delivered for free using airmail post.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Europe: 2-3 days
New Zealand: 2-3 days
Australia: 5-7 days
Japan: 5-7 days
United States: 7-10 days
It is possible for me to ship your order using DHL or UPS for a small additional fee. Please choose the desired shipping method when checking out.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Robert Charles would like to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Robert Charles online purchases, I will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund or exchange when accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to me at robert@robertcharles.co.nz. I will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left my premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to me. In this case, please refer to my return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
